1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), operated by CEL-CRIS PROPERTIES LLC, 203 Whiting Street, Hanover, MA 02339, USA. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract to place an order on this Site.
3. Products and Pricing
All products are described and priced in U.S. Dollars. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing; however, minor variations in color or glaze finish are inherent to handmade ceramics and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including after an order confirmation has been sent.
4. Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. This Site includes an on-page checkout simulation for demonstration purposes; no live payment processor is connected, and no funds are charged through this interface. In a live commercial deployment, payment would be processed through a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor, and card information would never be stored on our servers.
5. Shipping Policy
We ship to addresses within the United States unless otherwise noted at checkout. Estimated processing time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation, with delivery typically occurring 3–10 business days thereafter depending on destination and carrier. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. If a package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, contact aya29543054@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unused, unwashed items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, less original shipping costs. To start a return, email aya29543054@gmail.com with your order number. Items damaged in transit or received defective are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, provided you notify us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Custom or made-to-order glaze pieces, when offered, are final sale unless defective. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days of our receiving the returned item, consistent with FTC guidance on mail and internet order merchandise.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel an order at no charge before it has shipped by emailing us with your order number. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product photography, is owned by or licensed to CEL-CRIS PROPERTIES LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

Products are provided "as is." Because our items are handmade, slight variation in glaze, texture, and dimension between pieces is expected and is not a defect. We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by applicable state consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and applicable U.S. federal law, including consumer protection regulations enforced by the Federal Trade Commission.
